Refunds

Policy

Refunds within 14 days, for unused credit packs only.

The cash-refund window runs for 14 × 24 hours, counted from the time the pack purchase completes.

An unused credit pack can be refunded in cash for the full pack price, back on the original payment method.

A pack is unused when none of its credits have been spent and it has not been revoked. If a failed video returns every credit and the pack is full again, the pack still counts as unused.

There is no partial cash refund.

A single-video purchase is not a credit pack, so this cash refund does not cover it. A failed single video returns its credits.

There is no self-serve refund button.
